Send A Text From The Management Web Portal:

SMS texting can be sent from the mobile job sheet by the mobile user or you can send a SMS text from the management web Portal.

If you have repeating text formatted messages to be sent out you are able to create standard text messages containing Print Marks which will be replaced by the real information for example the engineer name, customer name, site name, site contact etc.

To send a SMS message from the web portal follow this short step-by-step guide;
 
1.  On the Management Web Portal find the current job and click on the Edit Job button to the left. On the Job Edit page the SMS text is initiated by clicking on the SEND SMS button.
 
 
 
2.   *NOTE* Please be aware if your customers have a mobile phone number stored against their record, then this can be automatically added to the SMS under the Choose Recipient tab. Once you have filled out the fields click on the Send Text button to send your SMS text message.
 
 
 
  You can now send an SMS text from the management web portal.
