Send A SMS Text From The Mobile App:

SMS texting can be sent from the mobile job sheet by the mobile user or you can send a SMS text from the management web Portal.

If you have repeating text formatted messages to be sent out you are able to create standard text messages containing Print Marks which will be replaced by the real information for example the engineer name, customer name, site name, site contact etc.

To send a SMS message from the Mobile App please follow this short step-by-step guide;

1. From the Mobile Jobsheet App click on the Jobs tab and select the job. On that job click the Online Job Options button.

2. This will take to the online page where you will need to click the Click To Send SMS button which will then take you to the SMS Page.

3. The SMS Page is then displayed which should be similar format to the Management Web Portal page. Fill out the fields and once you have completed the text click the Send SMS button.

You can now send a SMS text message from the mobile app.
